Description:

(1) - Retail store services in the field of musical instruments, musical equipment, musical accessories, sound processing, recording and playback equipment and accessories therefor, computer software and printed sheet music and books, pre-recorded tapes, records, compact discs and digital video discs and consultation services provided in connection therewith; operation of a music store; musical instrument swap, trade and rental services; music lessons and education services in relation to music and music theory, musical instrument repair, maintenance and restoration services.
(2) - Musical instruments, namely, synthesizers, keyboards, acoustic and electric guitars, percussion, drum sets, stringed instruments; parts and accessories for the aforementioned goods, namely stands, leads, cables, bags, cases, straps, tuners, strings, plectrums, drumsticks, drum racks, pedals used for musical instruments, guitar slides and guitar capos.
(3) - Electric apparatus and instruments for use with or in relation to musical equipment, namely, amplification systems for musical instruments, audio mixers, active and passive pre-amplifiers and end stage amplifiers, guitar amplifiers, combined amplifier-loud speaker units for electric and acoustic guitars, multi-channel mixers, multi-band graphic equalizers, sound reproduction enclosures, loud speakers, PA speakers, wireless sound transmitters for use with musical instruments, switching installations and apparatus for musical instruments, namely foot switches; microphone stands and tripods; switchboards; sound transmitting apparatus namely wireless sound transmitters; digital multitrack recorders for the music industry; electric cables and leads for musical instrments; microphones; electric cable and lead connectors, namely multi-channel switchcraft connectors; modems for interfacing musical instruments and computer hardware; junction sleeves for electric leads; control panels for musical instruments; conectors for musical instruments; headphones; software for use with computers for the generation of sound and music; digital phase samplers used to record, replay and edit digitally recorded music samples; digital and analogue work station controllers for musical instruments and other music signal sources; power adaptors for musical instruments; sound source modules for musical instruments, namely electronic sound generating units for modifying output signals from musical instruments for input into musical instrument amplifiers.
(4) - Printed sheet music and books, pre-recorded tapes, namely audio and videotapes, phonograph records, compact discs and digital video discs containing music, and movies relating to music.
