Description:

(1) - Robotic digital microscopes for clinical use; surgical navigation systems for tracking locations within a patient for reference or registration of body elements and tools used during surgical procedures comprised of computer hardware, recorded software for control and operation of the robotic digital microscope, registration of body anatomy with pre-operative and intraoperative images, computer image display screens, cameras and visualization devices in the nature of magnifying lenses, surgical 3D visualization scopes, and fluorescent visualization screens; surgical planning systems comprised of computer hardware, recorded software for generating surgical plans and imaging data elements, and computer image display screens for computing and displaying medical imaging information for surgical planning purposes; computer display screens that provide digital augmentation images of patient tissue for clinical use.
(2) - Surgical scopes; surgical illumination devices, namely, fibreoptic illuminators, LED illuminators and light conduit used to illuminate exposed tissue area; imaging devices for medical procedures, namely, exoscopes, external scopes, external surgical cameras and lens assembly, optical coherence tomography imaging devices, hyperspectral imaging devices, fluorescence imaging devices, multispectral camera devices; surgical robots for medical purposes; surgical device positioners, namely, semi-autonomous robots for positioning surgical optics devices; surgical drapes; surgical instruments for training purposes, namely, surgical pointers, suctions and port tools; surgical tracking systems comprised of computer hardware and software, image display screens and video cameras that track the location of a patient and surgical instruments during surgery.
