(1) - Services offered in the business of operating a specialty food store, bistro, restaurant, bakery, gift and novelty shop, and health club; using satellite, television, telephone, radio, newspaper, magazines, books, flyers, brochures, and electronic media namely internet, intranet, compact discs, audio and video tapes, to provide nutritional advice and information on food and food products, to promote a healthy lifestyle in collaboration with the organizations and governments, to provide information on local fruit and vegetable growers and crop harvets times, and to market fruits and food products; organization of apple festival and special events; participating in and/or organizing events for food banks and other charitable organizations; developing and maintaining programmes to supply apples and/or other fruits to children, schoolboards, daycare centres and homes for the elderly; fruit farming and processing; food preparation; fruit and food transportation by van, truck or aircraft, distribution and storage.
