Description:

(1) - Development, operation and management of commercial real estate projects comprising retail stores, restaurants, hotels, recreational facilities, space for offices, space for commercial purposes, and residential real estate projects.
(2) - Acquisition of real estate, real estate development, real estate management, construction, ownership, operation, management, investment, leasing and administration of commercial real estate projects comprising one or more of: retail stores, restaurants, hotels, recreational facilities, space for offices, space for commercial purposes; design, development, construction, operation and management of a real estate project comprising one or more of: office towers, residential housing (condominiums and rental apartments), retail stores, restaurants, hotels, recreational facilities and space for community uses, space for commercial purposes, and parkland; property development namely, design, development, construction and management of public parks and playgrounds; construction, ownership, operation, management, investment, leasing and administration of residential real estate projects, real estate development services, ownership, operation, management, investment, leasing and administration of apartments, condominiums, residential housing; real estate investment trust ('REIT') services.
(3) - Construction of office towers, residential housing (condominiums and rental apartments), retail stores, restaurants, hotels, recreational facilities, space for community uses, space for commercial purposes and parkland; seniors' apartments, retirement residences, independent living units and memory impaired and/or other units established for seniors.
(4) - Development, management and operation of self-storage facilities.
