(1) - (a) Educational services provided by way of a recognized diploma program provided to students in the field of nutrition and preventive health care, and the body-mind-spirit or holistic approach of health and nutrition counseling offered to the public; (b) Lecturing and teaching students of nutrition in a classroom setting or through correspondence courses; (c) Professional development of instructors engaged in the teaching of nutrition through attendance at classes, correspondence learning and passing examinations; (d) Lecturing and teaching students of nutrition over the Internet; (e) Professional development of instructors engaged in the teaching of nutrition over the Internet; (f) Nutrition and preventive health care services incorporating a body-mind-spirit or holistic approach, namely evaluating a client's nutritional needs, providing an individualized plan which includes recommendations for particular whole foods, lifestyle, and supplements along with an individualized meal plan, shopping tips and recipe ideas; Educational and training services namely conducting classes, seminars, conferences and workshops in the field of nutrition, over the Internet, and distribution of course materials in connection therewith; publication of books, journals and newsletters; association services, namely, promoting the interests, professional advancement and education of nutritional consultants, and fostering relations, communications and exchanges of ideas between nutritional consultants, academics, professionals, students and other persons; (g) Creating and supporting communications between individuals to exchange and discuss issues relevant to nutritional consultants on-line, namely, chat groups, discussion boards and list serves, providing information services in the field of nutrition via the Internet
