Description:

(1) - Communication platform consisting of a software-controlled electrical/mechanical interface device and a network server, designed to enable telephone communications over the Internet or other network, for applications such as alarm controls and OEM applications, HVAC, point-of-sale credit/debit transmission, building environmental monitoring, and industrial process supervision including machine to machine (M2M).
(2) - Alarm panel interface devices, designed to connect residential and commercial security systems to a network for remote monitoring and control of such systems via the Internet; software and hardware namely a physical interface for use in residential and commercial security systems for allowing such systems to be monitored and/or controlled via the Internet; software-controlled electrical/mechanical interface device, designed for use in existing dial-up equipment for allowing monitoring or control procedures over the Internet or other network; communications network servers.
