(2) - Providing oil and gas well and pipeline treatment programs to others, namely, providing technical expertise and customized program recommendations to others for maintenance of oil and gas wells and pipelines and for enhancement of production from oil and gas wells, leasing and sale of treatment program related equipment to others, namely, tanks and pumps for pumping treatment compounds and elements into oil and gas wells and pipelines, the delivery to oil and gas well and pipeline sites of such compounds and elements, and monitoring and maintenance of treatment program related equipment.
