(1) - Ground coffee; whole bean coffee; non-alcoholic beverages, namely, coffee, flavoured coffees, specialty coffees (espresso, cappuccino, mochaccino); chilled coffee based beverages, tea, hot chocolate and flavoured steamers.
(2) - Vending machine food and beverage services.
(3) - On and offsite catering services, both manual and machine, vending, restaurant, cafeteria, snack bar, take-out and fast food services.
(4) - Operation of a business dealing in coffee making equipment, namely the supply by loan, lease, sale or rental of coffee making equipment and the repair and servicing of coffee making equipment; provision of coffee systems and supplies.
(5) - Operation of a take-out food services facility; designing and food consulting services in connection with restaurants, cafeterias and snack bars; operation of concessions and take-out outlets selling and serving food and beverages; design and installation services relating to use in cafeterias, restaurants, hospitals, hotels and other similar establishments; office and institutional coffee services; services related to the supply and maintenance of vending machines.

(8) - Point-of-sale materials, namely easel stands, overhead directional signage, posters, letterhead, signs, backlit signs, sales sheets, brochures, product packaging, namely, labels, boxes, bags and inserts; tent cards, namely, promotional cards, mobiles, sales proposal sheets, rubber stamps, identification cards; menu boards, menus, soup kettles and/or tureens; bags for use in packaging coffee beans and/or baked goods, paper bags for take-out products; operating manuals; instruction manuals and printed materials, namely newsletters, recipes, namely, lists of ingredients and instructions for food and/or beverages, collars made from cardboard for use with paper or Styrofoam cups, coffee club kits, namely frequent purchase cards; magnets; blackboards; counter units with P.O.S.; equipment for making chilled coffee based beverages, hot coffee, tea, hot chocolate and flavour-steamed coffee.
