Description:

(1) - Resins for use in the manufacture of biodegradable plastic products causing the plastic to degrade, or bio degrade, under disposal conditions such as in compost, landfills, or as litter; additives (chemical) for use in the manufacture of plastic causing the plastic to degrade, or biodegrade, under disposal conditions such as in compost, landfills, or as litter added to plastic products making them biodegradable; and plastic products containing proprietary additives, namely, plastic containers for food, plastic bread bags, plastic garbage or refuse bags, security envelopes, bubble wrap sheets, plastic grocery, shopping or carrier bags, plastic compost bags, stretch film, shrink wraps, plastic film used on agricultural lands, disposable diapers for children and adults.
(2) - Technical assistance to properly or effectively use the proprietary additives in customer products.
