(2) - Natural gas; compressed natural gas; natural gas and propane gas for domestic, commercial and industrial purposes; natural gas and propane gas equipment and accessories, namely lines, fittings, filters, valves, regulators, meters, gauges and compressors; electric, gas and fluid flow metering equipment.
(3) - Energy monitoring devices, namely gas and water meters and automatic meter readers.
(4) - Carrying on the business of oil development.

(10) - Energy monitoring and reporting services; namely providing consumption, emission, performance and cost information to consumers with respect to natural gas and other fuels; energy brokerage services, namely securing and/or buying natural gas on behalf of consumers; compression and transportation of natural gas to consumers; namely commercial and non-commercial users.
(11) - Entertainment and educational services in the nature of cooking shows for television broadcasts and also broadcast via a global communications network.

(14) - Repair services for gas and fluid meters; remanufacturing, calibration, verification and reverification services for gas and fluid meters; meter maintenance services; technical support services and consultation services in the area of metering equipment and measurement technologies.
(15) - Operation of a business dealing in sale, distribution and service of waterworks, sewer, irrigation and energy products and systems namely, hot tapping, HDPE fusion, leak detection, meter installation and management, fire hydrant maintenance, pressure/backflow testing, energy systems, pump maintenance.
