(1) - Providing "real-time" racing information and statistical data to customers via global and other communications networks; providing entertainment through the medium of horse racing and lawful wagering thereon; the operation of racetracks; organizing and conducting horse races; lawful parimutuel wagering, including tele-theatre parimutuel wagering, parimutuel wagering by fully automated telephone wagering system or by computer or other online/interactive wagering system, or other lawful wagering thereon and related activities, namely, providing wagering information accessed via computer or online networks, wireless technology and/or screen telephone, as well as racing information (including programs, past performances, barn notes and other historical and biographical data on horses, drivers, jockeys and the like connected with horse racing), along with results, odds, payoffs, live video and audio coverage of horse racing and visual display of wagers; providing gaming and gambling facilities to the public; restaurants, bars and nightclubs; providing temporary lodging, namely, hotel services; presentation of live and pre-recorded theatrical and musical entertainment.
