(1) - Services of an association rendered to its members and to the general public to identify and promote the common interests of Canadian specialty television services, premium television services, and other similar programming services, all licensied by the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission, namely by representing these services before government policy makers, regulators and with other participants in the communications industry, and to provide a forum for the discussion of issues of common concern.
