(1) - Downloadable software for the collection, editing, organizing, modifying, transmission, storage and sharing of data and information; downloadable software for use as an application programming interface (API); downloadable software for providing a video sharing portal, namely, a web site featuring temporary use of non-downloadable software allowing web site users to upload on-line videos for sharing with others for entertainment purposes; downloadable software for enabling uploading, downloading, accessing, producing, capturing, posting, showing, editing, playing, streaming, linking, viewing, previewing, displaying, tagging, blogging, sharing, manipulating, distributing, publishing and reproducing electronic media, multimedia content, videos, movies, pictures, images, text, photos, user-generated content, audio content, and information via the Internet and other communications networks; downloadable software for enabling sharing of multimedia content and comments among users; downloadable software for enabling content providers to track multimedia content; downloadable analytics software, namely, downloadable software for calculating and reporting statistics about the behavior of viewers of online videos, movies, pictures, images, text, photos, games, and other user generated content.
(2) - Transmission of electronic media, multimedia content, videos, movies, pictures, images, text, photos, user-generated content, audio content, and information via the Internet and other communications networks; telecommunications services, namely, electronic transmission of data, messages, graphics, images, videos and information; peer-to-peer photo and video sharing services, namely, electronic transmission of digital photos, video and audio-visual files among internet users; providing access to computer, electronic and online databases; broadcasting services over computer or other communication networks, namely, uploading, posting, displaying, tagging, and electronically transmitting data, information, messages, graphics, videos, and images; audio, video and multimedia broadcasting via the Internet and other communications networks; webcasting services; electronic transmission of messages, data and content via the Internet and other communications networks; providing online forums and chat rooms for the transmission of messages, comments and multimedia content among users in the field of general interest via the Internet and other communications networks; electronic transmission of electronic media, multimedia content, videos, movies, pictures, images, text, photos, user-generated content, audio content and information via the Internet and other communications networks; providing online community forums for the sharing and transmission of information and electronic media where users may post, search, watch, share, critique, rate, and comment on videos and other multimedia content in the field of adult entertainment via the Internet and other communications networks.
(3) - Entertainment services, namely, providing an online interactive database of videos and user generated content containing digital images, photos, text, graphics, music, audio, video clips, multimedia content, and visual and audio performances; providing music videos over the internet or other communications networks; providing computer, electronic and online databases in the field of entertainment; publication of electronic journals and web logs featuring user generated or specified content; entertainment services, namely, providing audio clips, video clips, musical performances, musical videos, film clips, photographs, and related entertainment information in the field of adult entertainment via a website; providing entertainment via streaming videos in the fields of electronic media, multimedia broadcasting, videos, movies, pictures, photos, creating user-generated content, audio content and related information.
(4) - Creating a virtual environment in the nature of an online community for registered users to create, produce, edit, manipulate, transmit, share, and comment on videos or other electronic media; providing use of online temporary non-downloadable software for enabling transmission of images and audiovisual and video content; hosting websites and mobile sites for others for managing and sharing on-line content; application service provider (ASP) featuring software to enable or facilitate the uploading, downloading, streaming, posting, displaying, blogging, linking, sharing or otherwise providing electronic media or information over communication networks; providing temporary use of non-downloadable software to enable uploading, capturing, posting, showing, editing, playing, streaming, viewing, previewing, displaying, tagging, blogging, sharing, manipulating, distributing, publishing and reproducing electronic media, multimedia content, videos, movies, pictures, images, text, photos, user-generated content, audio content, and information via the Internet and other communications networks; providing temporary use of non-downloadable software applications for social networking, creating a virtual community, and transmission of audio, video, photographic images, text, graphics and data; computer services in the nature of customized web pages featuring user-defined or specified information in the nature of personal profiles, audio, video, photographic images, text, graphics and data; providing a web site that gives users the ability to upload images and videos (term considered too vague by the International Bureau - Rule 13 (b) of the Regulations); providing temporary use of non-downloadable software applications for social networking, creating a virtual community, and transmission of audio, video, photographic images, text, graphics and data; file sharing services, namely, providing a website featuring technology enabling users to upload electronic files (term considered too vague by the International Bureau - Rule 13 (b) of the Regulations); providing temporary use of non-downloadable software allowing web site users to upload on-line videos for sharing with others for entertainment purposes via a website; providing temporary use of non-downloadable software to enable sharing of multimedia content and comments among users; providing temporary use of non-downloadable software to enable content providers to track multimedia content; providing temporary use of non-downloadable analytics software, namely, software for calculating and reporting statistics about the behavior of viewers of online videos, movies, pictures, images, text, photos, games, and other user generated content; hosting digital multimedia content for others; software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for enabling uploading, capturing, posting, showing, editing, playing, streaming, viewing, previewing, displaying, tagging, blogging, sharing, manipulating, distributing, publishing and reproducing electronic media, multimedia content, videos, movies, pictures, images, text, photos, user-generated content, audio content, and information via the Internet and other communications networks.
