Description:

(1) - Downloadable electronic publications, namely educational books, textbooks, booklets, workbooks for use with courses of instruction, educational videos, and educational presentations
(2) - Printed material, namely educational books, textbooks, booklets, workbooks for use with courses of instruction
(3) - Career placement; employment counselling and recruiting; employment agency services; support services for the business community, employers and potential employers, including public and private sector, to assist in developing and implementing effective hiring and retention practices for people including but not limited to persons with disabilities and people facing barriers to employment; and assessing and providing recommendations and support services to employers regarding community-based hiring and retention, and accommodation solutions for inclusive workplaces
(4) - Multidisciplinary counselling, social services and life coaching in the areas of career development, vocational guidance, education and skills training, life skills, participation in recreational activities, meal planning, housing, household maintenance, financial management, rehabilitation and overcoming systemic disadvantages; rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities and disadvantaged persons; services to support the development of vocational skills and work experience; arranging and conducting special events, namely open houses, job fairs, community presentations and recognition events, seminars, conferences and educational services dedicated to rehabilitation services, leisure, employment and opportunities for personal growth for people facing barriers to employment and community connection; designing and providing community-based services such as educational courses, skills training and recreational programs to improve the integration of people into workplaces and communities
(5) - Providing personal support and consultancy services to individuals and organizations in the field of social services to provide holistic access for employment, housing, health and social wellness services by working in partnership with government, community service providers, and other stakeholders for integration and coordination in the delivery of such social services; and, advocating for changes in policies, laws and regulations or in the interpretation and application of policies, laws and regulations to improve access to employment, housing, health and social wellness services
