(1) - Compilation of information into computer databases, providing access online to computer databases and software as well as design and consultancy services in relation to computer software and computer databases, all the aforesaid goods and services in the field of credit recovery and collection services, debt recovery services, property management services, repossession services and litigation management services; Title insurance, namely issuing and underwriting title insurance policies, insurance services, personal property title insurance, chattel title insurance, arranging for document preparation, purchase and non-purchase mortgage services, real estate tax services, valuation indemnity services, namely, property valuation indemnity insurance, financial services, namely, financial management, analysis and/or consultation services in the field of real property, personal property and lending services, namely, financial lending services in the field of all aspects of residential, commercial and industrial properties and real estate projects and developments; Mortgage processing and mortgage servicing, default management services for secured and unsecured debt, services in the field of appraisals and appraisal management, real estate closing services, information services in the field of on-line access to databases, electronic publications and software delivery used to prepare reports for lenders and brokerage services, services involving the preparation of and online access to programs for the preparation of business reports for lenders and brokerage services, and guaranteed valuation services; Residential and commercial title insurance and real estate related services; Personal property security insurance, movable property/chattel and vehicle insurance and related services; Identity theft insurance, identification authentication and related services; Underwriting services, risk management services in connection with insurance products and related/ancillary services; Business processing outsourcing with respect to appraisal management, valuation services, the processing of and servicing of mortgages, default management, real estate tax services, home warranty services and ancillary services associated with all of the foregoing; Technology solutions with respect to linking lenders, lawyers and other parties associated with real estate transactions to facilitate the closing of real estate transactions, mortgage processing, debt collection solutions linking creditors and suppliers of services in connection thereto, insolvency and bankruptcy case management solutions, document reporting and document repository; Financial and information services in connection with insurance, real estate related services and technological solutions used in support thereof; Insurance brokerage services.
