(4) - Platform as a service (PaaS) provider featuring computer software platforms for use in providing on-demand customer service, technical support and sales via computer and communication networks; platform as a service (PaaS) provider featuring chat bot and automated self-service computer software platforms for use in providing customer service, technical support and sales; platform as a service (PaaS) provider featuring computer software platforms for use in operating a payment by results system for piece rate work; providing software as a service (SaaS), namely, providing others with computer software for use in providing on-demand customer service, technical support and sales via computer and communication networks; providing software as a service (SaaS), namely, providing others with chat bots and automated self-service software for use in providing customer service, technical support and sales; providing software as a service (SaaS), namely, providing others with computer software for use in operating a payment by results system for piece rate work; providing information, advice and consultancy in the field of software as a service (SaaS) and platform as a service (PaaS).
