(1) - Business management of motor vehicle parking facilities; business management services for the parking industry, software design and specifications of parking control software systems in relation to the tracking and recordal of parking services and payment for parking; developing marketing opportunities in the parking industry for third parties, namely, providing business consulting services to third parties for determining parking fees and fines for automatic payment; undertaking utilization analyses in the parking industry for third parties, namely, monitoring and auditing fees collected for parking in specific geographic areas; designing software for the parking industry; installation, maintenance and repair of parking meters, signage for parking facilities, batteries and spare parts for parking meters, apparatus and systems used in parking garage facilities, namely, automatic lift gates for entry and exit; distributorship services specializing in parking equipment, namely, parking meters and handheld scanners; traffic equipment, namely, automatic lift gates for entry and exit and smart card acceptance devices, namely, electronic parking meters which receive payment for parking; revenue collection services in the parking industry for third parties providing prepaying services to customers for customers to pre-pay for parking permits, tolls and other motoring services via telecommunications providing facilities for obtaining a parking permit via a telecommunications via a direct link through the Internet from the parking meter to a computer network for monitoring the status of a parking spot and amount of money collected for parking fees and paging services; and technical software support services for the parking industry, namely, troubleshooting services for parking meter software.
