Description:

(1) - Internet enabled appliances, namely, appliances for domestic use that receive information from and provide information to the internet, namely, electric stand and handheld mixing machines; electric food blenders; electric food processing machines; clothes washing machines; dish washing machines; parts for all of the above goods.
(2) - Personal and handheld computers; computer software and firmware for use in the remote operation and control of home appliances, small electric appliances, lighting, home entertainment and control systems, security systems and communication devices; computer printers; computer monitors; computer peripherals; home automation controls, namely, a web pad for controlling and operating home appliances, small electric appliances, lighting, home entertainment and control systems, security systems and communication devices via the internet; central home communication gateway hardware for facilitating the integration of multiple communications mediums into a single communications gateway; and broadband internet modems.
(3) - Internet enabled appliances, namely, appliances for domestic use that receive information from and provide information to the internet, namely, electric toasters; electric coffee makers; refrigerated ranges, electric and gas cooking ranges, ovens, and cooktops and exhaust hoods for use therewith; microwave ovens for cooking; refrigerators; freezers; combination refrigerator/freezers; clothes drying machines; ice cube making machines; temperature controlled wine cellars; air conditioning units; under sink mounted, electrically operated hot water dispensers; dehumidifiers; air purifying units for commercial and domestic use; hot water heaters and attachments for all of the above goods.
