(1) - Promoting business, economic development, infrastructure development, community development and addressing issues such as, image, strategic marketing planning, marketing programs and municipal decision-making in the Greater Saint John, New Brunswick region; promoting public awareness of the need for economic development, infrastructure development, community development strategic marketing planning, marketing programs, municipal decision-making and liaising and communicating with all levels of government and the public to present differing views on decisions affecting the economic development of the Greater Saint John, New Brunswick region; marketing services related to community and economic development of the Greater Saint John, New Brunswick region, namely taking products and producers to customers or potential buyers by staging trade shows and trade missions, bring would-be customers to communities by sponsoring visiting trade delegations and buyers, brokering information between actual or would-be buyers and sellers through market studies, fostering better relationships and mutual access between places by sponsoring sister city relationships, hosting events, ethnic festivals and cultural promotions, development of hot-line services, billboards, newsletters and promotional pieces for distribution; advertisement services relating to the promotion and marketing of the Greater Saint John, New Brunswick region namely by the preparation of advertisements in print and electronic format to be used in newspapers, periodicals, books, brochures and electronic advertisements by means of and over the Internet and the provision of on-line information services to the public about the Greater Saint John, New Brunswick region and community by means of and over the Internet; operation of a world-wide-web (Internet) site and provision of information and electronic advertising literature by means of and over the Internet promoting the goods and services of businesses in the Greater Saint John, New Brunswick region.
(2) - Drinking glasses, decals, plaques, coasters, banners consisting of a cloth and plastic combination, clothing, namely hats, t-shirts, golf shirts, sweat shirts, shorts and jackets, mugs, maps, ornamental lapel pins, fabric flags, writing instruments, namely pens, pencils and markers, books and brochures.
