(4) - Provision of email services; broadcasting and transmission of information via networks or the Internet; providing Internet chatrooms; electronic transmission of computer programs via the Internet; communications services, namely, transmitting streamed sound and audio-visual recordings via the Internet; providing access to a computer server by way of telephone lines, cable, network connections and the Internet; providing access to web sites on the Internet; provision of access to electronic communication networks and the Internet and extranets; live transmissions accessible via home pages on the Internet [webcam]; information, consultancy and advisory services relating to the aforesaid.
