(2) - Providing a website featuring technology that allows users to create online customised web pages featuring memorials, obituaries and testimonials; Providing a website, featuring technology being web-based software or a web-based application, enabling users to upload, store, view and download video and photo files, including the ability to, map a family tree that details relationships with family and friends, create a lasting account of one's life prior to passing away, pre-record messages and celebrate future events with family & friends prior to passing away, collect and develop a person's stories over their lifetime prior to passing away, memorializing a deceased's favourite things, heirlooms, recipes, music through photos, audio and video; Hosting a website to commemorate the lives of deceased or soon to be deceased individuals; Providing an online directory information service featuring information regarding death, on persons preparing for death and commemorating those that have recently died
