(1) - Fitness training; Personal fitness training services; Developing fitness programs; Fitness appraisal services; Health-related fitness appraisal services; Providing physical activity and exercise instruction, guidelines, assessment and supervision to persons who are apparently healthy and medically cleared for unrestricted activity who are able to exercise independently for the purpose of improving sport or occupational performance; Providing physical activity and exercise instruction, guidelines, assessment and supervision to individuals in physically demanding occupations, athletes, emergency services personnel and armed forces personnel who are able to exercise independently for the purpose of improving sport or occupational performance; Providing physical activity and exercise instruction, guidelines, assessment and supervision to individuals with a stable health condition who are able to exercise independently for the purpose of improving sport or occupational performance; Exercise session supervision; Prescription of physical activity and exercise programs; Physical activity and lifestyle counselling and planning services; Providing information and instruction in the field of health, namely, information and instruction related to healthy body weight management, nutritional analysis and chronic disease risk reduction; Providing health and performance-related physical activity and exercise services, namely, assessment of persons in respect of their requirements related to physical activity and exercise physiology treatment
(2) - Physical training program evaluation services; Referral services, namely, referral of individuals to health care professionals, namely, doctors, physicians, physical therapists, personal trainers, exercise physiologists, depending on the particular needs of the individual
