(1) - Counselling services in the field of adoption counselling, infant, child, youth and family counselling, older adult counselling, namely, stress, depression and anxiety counselling, family relationship counselling.
(2) - Educational and seminar services in the field of early literacy, parenting, parent-child relationships, infant and adolescent brain development, child and adolescent development and growth, family cohesion, family activities, anger management, stress management, self-empowerment, self-esteem development, couples communication, self-care, depression, anxiety, personal growth, trauma, prevention of elder abuse.
(3) - Community support and development services, namely, children's play groups, information and workshops in the field of children's and adolescents' development and growth, parenting, in-home family care support, anxiety, senior support, youth mentorship.
(4) - Community resource centre services, namely, providing food, clothing, personal care supplies, employment search, infant care supplies.
(5) - Child care services.
(6) - Group support services, namely, support services for adults, parents and caregivers, youth, children, aboriginal families, seniors.
(7) - School-based programming, namely, after-school programs for youth and adolescents.
(8) - Elder abuse services, namely, education in identifying elder abuse, investigation of elder abuse, access to support and guidance to victims and families of elder abuse, awareness of elder abuse.
