Description:

(2) - Pre-recorded audio and video cassettes; electronic marketing materials, namely, electronically reproduced photographs, text and images, brochures and magazines, all featuring human achievement; Pre-recorded CD-ROMs and DVDs not containing software and containing information pertaining to overcoming adversity, building personal effectiveness and teamwork, going into the unknown, facing fears, overcoming obstacles, pioneering, adventure and exploration.
(3) - Publications, namely, books, magazines and manuals; photos, posters, postcards, framed motivational messages, greeting cards, notes; promotional items, namely, paper banners, cloth banners, plastic banners.
(4) - Conducting adventure expeditions for others.
(5) - Organization, planning, and coordination of incentive programs for others designed to assist individuals and corporations to motivate and reward employees and others for their contributions to those corporations, and the achievement of personal and corporate goals.
(6) - Luggage, namely, backpacks, waist packs.
(7) - Clothing, namely, T-shirts, baseball hats, jackets.
(8) - Promoting goods and services for others by preparing and placing advertisements in an electronic magazine accessed through a global computer network for sponsors and other participants to affiliate goods and services with adventure expeditions and other challenging life events.
