Description:
|
(1) - Interconnecting and interfacing cables used to connect various electronic equipment such as computers, printers, data sets, modems, multiplexors, video display terminals, digitizers, plotters, graphics systems, monitors, all types of instruments, process control systems, radio communications systems, data loggings and sensing equipments as used in mining and offshore oil drilling, word processors, and other equipment of a like nature; special assemblies which are systems of cables and connectors designed for special and specific purposes such as microwave systems for the telephone companies, computer-controlled printing and type-setting equipment for newspapers, medical diagnostic systems of many kinds, etc.; separate connectors, pins, sockets, bulk cable, switch-boxes, control panels and patch panels for computer and radio control rooms, and also wiring harnesses of various types to use in power supplies, data control panels and similar equipment.
(2) - Consultation, design and layout of cabling systems on the sites of businesses, laboratories, research institutes, manufacturing plants, hospitals, professional offices, universities, computer data centres of all kinds; installation of cabling systems on the premises of customers, either as a direct contractual arrangement with the customer, or as a sub-contract to the prime contractor supplying the electronic equipment; testing and trouble-shooting of on-site cabling systems for electronic systems, often on an emergency basis, design and manufacturing to customer specification, on an emergency or top priority basis, of special cable systems such as are used on offshore oil rigs, this is a service which we offer especially to critical industries and institutions such as oil rigs, hospitals, power and telephone utilities, etc. where immediate response is usually a necessity.
