Description:

(1) - Research and development services, namely, in the area of 3-D imaging technology; consulting services, namely, consulting on 3-D image creation, presentation, storage, display and imaging technology; educational services, namely, the provision of training courses and printed materials pertaining to the use and manufacturing of 3-D image creation, presentation, storage, display and imaging technology for others; carrying on the business of publishing software and written material relating to 3-D imaging technology, image creation, presentation, storage, display and the devices, and service bureau services, namely, a post-production addition of depth to 2-D images of all sorts to create 3-D images.
(2) - Digital and optical cameras, film, television and motion picture cameras; display devices, namely, television and computer displays and monitors, flat panels displays, projection television equipment and studio monitors; computer programs facilitating viewing of 3-D imagery; computer hardware; retrofit kits, namely, kits permitting display devices such as projection television equipment or computer monitors to be upgraded for display and viewing of 3-D images and permitting the conversion of 2-D images into 3-D images suitable for display and viewing in 3-D; clothing, namely T-shirts, sweatshirts, lab coats, jackets, ties and ball caps; novelty items, namely, pens, pencils, mugs, decals, magnets, books, posters, golf balls, pocket protectors, key chains, sun glasses, belt buckles, calendars, coasters and paper weights; and games, namely, video games.
