(1) - Printed matter namely brochures, pamphlets, folders, newsletters, prospectus, organizational charts, fundraising proposals, budgets, business plans, and annual reports, all relating to education, mentoring, tutoring, training and counseling information and programmes, designed to assist participants in achieving educational and career goals and personal development, and to recruit and train tutors, mentors, support workers and staff on the delivery of services to participants and fundraising activity relating to such programmes.
(2) - Printed matter namely books, booklets, programmes, form texts, periodicals, publications namely, newspaper and journal articles, workbooks, tip books, instruction guidelines and manuals, tip sheets, case studies, participant and donor testimonials and questionnaires, magazines, pamphlets, manuals, workbooks, diagnostic research tools namely survey forms, checklists, graphs, charts and flowcharts; measurement tools namely survey forms and benchmark records, reports and flow charts in relation to educational, mentoring, tutoring, training and counseling information and programs, all designed to assist participants in achieving educational and career goals and personal development, and to train tutors, mentors, support workers and staff on the delivery of services to participants.
(3) - Computer Software, namely software for use in database management of the applicant's education and training programs and information; software for use in the making of periodic newsletters, brochures, pamphlets, folders, booklets, programmes and printed and electronic advertisements for the applicant's fundraising events and initiatives; pre-recorded audio tapes, video tapes, compact discs and recordings on digital tapes, records, and discs, audio training and message tapes, all for the delivery of training, mentoring and counseling services designed to assist participants in achieving educational and career goals and personal development;
(4) - Educational, Mentoring, and Social Support services, namely conducting tutoring and mentoring groups, workshops and seminars and one-on-one counseling and mentoring to assist and support students in and on the successful completion of their high school education, promote and encourage enrolment in postsecondary education, personal and career development, and fundraising initiatives to support the delivery of these services;
(5) - Operation of website on the worldwide web providing multiple-user access via a global communications network for the dissemination of information to the public featuring activities and information in the field of the applicant's educational, mentoring and social support services, namely conducting tutoring and mentoring groups, workshops and seminars and one-on-one counseling and mentoring to assist and support students in and on the successful completion of their high school education and to promote and encourage enrolment in postsecondary education and personal and career development; providing an interactive educational website featuring activities and information in the field of the applicant's educational, mentoring and social support services, namely conducting tutoring and mentoring groups, workshops and seminars and one-on-one counseling and mentoring to assist and support students in and on the successful completion of their high school education and to promote and encourage enrolment in postsecondary education and personal and career development;
(6) - Provision of Financial supports to students in need to assist in educational and career objectives, namely, transportation costs, school expenses, and the development and delivery of a scholarship and bursary program to assist students with post-secondary education expenses, and fundraising initiatives to support the delivery of these services;
(7) - Arranging and conducting conferences, seminars, symposia and educational and training programs, correspondence courses, education and training information and services, instruction services, practical training and demonstration, teaching and coaching services in the field of assisting and supporting students in and on the successful completion of their high school education and promoting and encouraging students' enrolment in post-secondary education and personal and career development;
(8) - Educational, Mentoring, and Social Support services, namely conducting tutoring and mentoring groups, workshops and seminars and one-on-one counseling and mentoring to assist and support students in and on the successful completion of their high school education, promote and encourage enrolment in postsecondary education, personal and career development, and fundraising initiatives to support the delivery of these services;
