(1) - Downloadable software application for a mobile device or computer that provides customized information about the functions and features of a motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, electric vehicle, marine vehicle and vehicle engine; interactive computer application software for use in cell phones that enables users to connect remotely with their vehicles to access vehicle information, control functions and exchanging text messages and voice messages; Navigation apparatus for vehicles in the form of on-board computers; software that provides wireless vehicle navigation and tracking; Recorded and downloadable navigation software, namely, software for displaying maps and driving directions; Recorded and downloadable navigation software for calculating and displaying routes; Downloadable application software relating to vehicle location tracking, vehicle performance and tracking of goods being transported by vehicles; Application software for displaying orders and driver locations on maps; Application software for use in tracking the location and maintenance history of vehicles, presentation of interactive visual maps, and creation of geofence areas on an interactive map; Application software for sharing real-time vehicle locations, maps and itineraries; downloadable instant messaging software for electronically exchanging text messages, photographs, podcasts and voice messages; downloadable software in the nature of mobile applications for use in the electronic storage and display of transportation, travel and itineraries; Downloadable software application for sharing position, maps, itineraries and communicating using text messages or voice.
