Description:

(1) - Residential and commercial water heaters, namely gas fired water heaters, oil-powered water heaters, all of the aforementioned being used solely for water heaters and heating boilers and controls therefor, and excluding all use relating to air conditioning systems, products, equipment, and components including, but not limited to, evaporative coolers, air conditioners, and cooling systems for the cooling of rooms, homes, spaces, or buildings; combination water heaters, namely, dual integrated units providing water and space heating, all of the aforementioned being used solely for water heaters and heating boilers and controls therefor, and excluding all use relating to air conditioning systems, products, equipment, and components including, but not limited to, evaporative coolers, air conditioners, and cooling systems for the cooling of rooms, homes, spaces, or buildings; indirect water heaters, all of the aforementioned being used solely for water heaters and heating boilers and controls therefor, and excluding all use relating to air conditioning systems, products, equipment, and components including, but not limited to, evaporative coolers, air conditioners, and cooling systems for the cooling of rooms, homes, spaces, or buildings; electric water heaters, and solar water heaters, all of the aforementioned being used solely for water heaters and heating boilers and controls therefor, and excluding all use relating to air conditioning systems, products, equipment, and components including, but not limited to, evaporative coolers, air conditioners, and cooling systems for the cooling of rooms, homes, spaces, or buildings; storage tanks, gas control valves and parts for gas fired water heaters, oil-powered water heaters, electric water heaters, solar water heaters, indirect water heaters and combination water heaters, namely, dual integrated units providing water and space heating, all of the aforementioned being used solely for water heaters and heating boilers and controls therefor, and excluding all use relating to air conditioning systems, products, equipment, and components including, but not limited to, evaporative coolers, air conditioners, and cooling systems for the cooling of rooms, homes, spaces, or buildings.
