(4) - A medical diagnostic imaging system, namely, an imaging apparatus and software sold as a unit and used in the analysis of biopolymer samples; a medical diagnostic imaging apparatus used in the analysis of biopolymer samples; a medical diagnostic imaging system, namely, an imaging apparatus and software sold as a unit for genomic analysis; a medical imaging apparatus for genomic analysis; solid state substrates, namely, plates, chips, and wafers for use in clinical medicine, having a pattern of channels for confining and linearizing biopolymer samples; disposable substrates, namely, plates, chips, and wafers for use in clinical medicine, having a pattern of channels to facilitate genomic imaging and analysis; medical diagnostic solid state substrates, namely, plates, chips and wafers for confining and linearizing macromolecules including biopolymer molecules; nanochannel wafers, for use in clinical medicine, used in instruments for genomic analysis; medical specimen collection and transportation kit comprised of blood collection tubes, foam container for tubes, absorbent pad, biohazard bag, medical indicator marker and labels, for molecular and genetic testing for disorders of childhood development.
(5) - Product research and development and consulting services for others in the fields of biopolymer imaging and analysis; genomic mapping, genomic imaging, and genomic analysis services for scientific research purposes; medical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and scientific research and consulting services in the field of genetics, namely, analysis of relationships between genetic variants and neurodevelopmental disorders, genetic research, bio-marker discovery research, and pheno-typing for identifying, testing and developing diagnostics and treatments for human diseases and human disorders; software as a service (SAAS) or platform as a service (PAAS) featuring software in the field of genomics for processing, storing, analyzing, presenting, interpreting, and sharing genomic data; product research and development and consulting services for others in the fields of genomic bioinformatics and data analysis; genomic data analysis services for scientific, clinical, and medical research purposes.
(6) - Genomic mapping, genomic imaging, genomic analysis, and genomic data analysis services for medical diagnostic purposes; providing medical analysis services in the nature of relationships between genetic variants and neurodevelopmental disorders for identifying, testing, and developing diagnostic tools and treatments for such disorders; medical testing services, namely, molecular and genetic testing for disorders of childhood development; providing information related to medical testing services via an internet website for medical professionals and medical patients; providing molecular and genetic medical testing results via the internet.
