(3) - Procurement services, namely, market analysis, the gathering, analysis and provision of business intelligence in the field of procurement, the provision of information to support purchasing decisions, the development and provision of competitive procurement process documentation, the requisitioning and posting of procurement notifications and opportunities, e-bidding, proposal evaluation, supplier selection, contract development and contract and supplier performance management services to and for others; Procurement services, namely, conducting auction, notice of intent (NOI), request for corporate supply arrangement (RCSA), request for qualification (RFQ), request for information (RFI), request for expression of interest (RFEI), request for proposal (RFP), negotiated request for proposal (NRFP), joint solution request for proposal (JSRFP), best value procurement, short-form request for proposal (SRFP) and invitation to quote (ITQ) processes for others; Business services, namely, the operation and provision of an online marketplace for government and not-for-profit buyers and the sellers of goods and services; Electronic payment services, namely, the processing and transmission of electronic payment data.
