(1) - Equipment (including communications; telecommunications; office equipment, namely photocopiers, facsimile machines, office furniture, computers, printers and modems; transportation equipment; manufacturing equipment, construction equipment, computer equipment, retail fixtures, automobiles, trucks, trailers, planes and ships/boats) financing services, namely: financing such equipment, purchases by end users through equipment financing contracts, such as capital leases, conditional sales contracts and chattel mortgages; facilitating such equipment sales by equipment vendors to end users through the provision of equipment financing services, including purchasing the equipment from such vendors and providing it to end users under equipment financing contracts and taking assignments of equipment financing contracts entered into by vendors with end users; administering such equipment financing contracts; administering portfolios of such equipment financing contracts for equipment vendors and other equipment financing organizations on a fee for service basis; marketing such equipment through sales or other means of disposition at the end of equipment financing contracts; syndicating such equipment financing contracts (e.g. financing contracts through borrowing money from third parties against the security of those contracts or parts thereof, including the securitization of portfolios of equipment financing contracts); negotiating, documenting and otherwise arranging such equipment financing transactions and syndications on a fee for service basis; purchasing such equipment financing contracts on a wholesale or portfolio basis; such equipment leasing services and the services of arranging insurance for equipment owners and users.
