Description:

(1) - Prefabricated and portable metal clad buildings used namely as industrial buildings to house equipment and to abate equipment noise; diverter dampers in the nature of heat recovery steam generator of a gas turbine bypass system which allow workers at power generation facilities to perform maintenance to the heat recovery system without endangering workers to hot lethal gases, by diverting gases from the heat recovery steam generator and for controlled ramping up of the heat recovery steam generator and steam cycle; building mechanical systems comprised of axial and radial quiet ventilating exhaust fans, lined ridge vents, acoustically lined weather hoods, acoustically lined plenums and acoustically lined louvres; acoustic building ventilation, namely, air intake and exhaust silencers for ventilating fans; combustion air intake and exhaust silencers for gas turbines; gas turbine combustion air inlet filter house, inlet heating system, intake and exhaust systems comprised of bypass stacks, diverter dampers, guillotine damper, vertical silencer ducts, exhaust stacks, bypass diverters, and exhaust diffuser/plenum; exhaust stacks and hot exhaust silencing; simple cycle catalyst systems for reducing carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides emissions and minimizing ammonia slip in gas turbines used in power generation facilities comprised of combustion turbines; waste heat recovery boilers for use in petrochemical plants and heat recovery steam generators to recover waste heat from gas turbines; industrial acoustic noise barrier units for industrial facilities for retrofitting existing facilities, for power generation plants, for compressor, regulator, meter and pumping stations, namely, acoustic roofing panels, walls and wall barrier panels; industrial acoustic noise barrier systems for industrial facilities, for retrofitting existing facilities, for power generation plants, for compressor, regulator, meter and pumping stations, comprised of noise silencers in the nature of layered acoustical tiles, modular acoustical panels, acoustical insulation barrier panels, acoustical insulation for buildings, acoustical equipment enclosures, acoustical mechanical systems, acoustical doors and windows; acoustic building ventilation, namely, acoustic building heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, comprised of acoustic noise silencers, mufflers and acoustic walls, noise and vibration dampening materials; industrial acoustic noise barrier units for industrial facilities, for retrofitting of existing facilities, for power generation plants, for compressor, meter and pumping stations, namely, non-metal doors and window.
(2) - Business project management services relating to power plants; operation of business for others, namely, power plants; business management and operation of a business for others, namely, joint ventures and alliance projects relating to power plants; procurement, namely, the purchase of noise reduction and emssions management systems for others; rental leasing and maintenance of acoustic equipment enclosoures and catalystic systems; construction and installation of facilites and systems in the nature of prefabricated buildings, power plant equipment and gas turbine systems at power plants; installation of interior acoustic and building enclosures, namely, walls, doors, roofs and windows and acoustic and modeling surveying; installation of interior acoustic and building enclosures, namely, walls, doors, roofs and windows; transportation of prefabricated buildings and all power plant equipment; designj and engineering services relating to prefabricated buildings; design of emissions management systems, waste heat recovery systems, gas turbine equipment and noise reduction systems; industrial design, drafting, engineering, material testing, mechanical research, and technical project studies relating to silencing articles and structures, namely, layered acoustical assemblies, modular acoustical panel packages, acoustical barriers, acoustical buildings, acoustical equipment enclosures, acoustical mechanical systems, acoustical doors and windows; design of interior acoustic and building enclosures, namely, walls, doors, roofs and windows; providing technical information about modular and prefabricated buildings, building acoustics, noise reduction, construction, operations and management services, namely, field engineering, inspection and testing of prefabricated buildings.
