Description:

(1) - Using the Software (as detailed above), to provide services directly related to the development, organization, and administration of various program offerings (as detailed above) to support Pharmacy staff professionally and/or enhance their ability to support their patient's care.Working with Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, and other Healthcare stakeholders (Payers, patient advocacy groups, etc.) to create, develop, and implement various program offerings that can be accessed by Pharmacy through the Software.Measuring and analyzing data and information (as detailed above) accumulated by the Software and securely stored by central host, to provide Pharmacy and other stakeholders with real-time and/or scheduled centralized reporting including (but not exclusive to):--> Aggregated transaction reporting to measure the progress of program offerings.--> Aggregated prescription reporting to measure Patient duration of treatment for supported drug products.--> Utilization reporting to measure Patient compliance to treatment.--> Sales activity reporting to measure Pharmacy compliance to product sales.--> Billing reporting to facilitate payment of Professional Service Fees to participating Pharmacies.--> Payments of Professional Service Fees to Pharmacy participating in/supporting various program offerings.Provision, distribution, integration and support of Software to Pharmacy in Canada, including communication to and training of Pharmacy on program offerings.
(2) - Interactive data management/reporting software application (hereinafter referred to as 'Software'). The Software provides an electronic 'real time' interface via pharmacy dispensing systems that allows pharmacy staff instant notification of program offerings (including but not exclusive to compliance support, in-store and/or manufacturer sponsored loyalty programs, reimbursement support, disease/product information) that support them professionally and/or enhance their ability to support their patient's care.The Software automatically identifies the appropriate Drug Identity Number (DIN), Universal Product Code (UPC), or alpha-numeric product designation (ie. drug name) to trigger any number of activities or functions. These activities or functions include:--> The provision of a real time information interface supports each program offering's description, including the program's objectives, instructions, and additional resources such as education for the pharmacy staff that can be instantly accessed and printed.--> Communication (secured through 128 bit encrypted, SSL Protocol) through a distributed agent network with a central host to retrieve real-time updated information on any of the program offerings, and/or to update the central host of any actions or input from the Pharmacy Staff in response to the program offerings.--> Filtering process allowing Pharmacy Staff to target program offerings to the right patient/consumer at the right time.--> Electronic registration and consent platform ensuring patient information is handled and retrieved in compliance with PIPEDA and other Privacy Protection regulations. The Software also facilitates automatic retrieval of patient/consumer information from the dispensing system and pre-populates this information in the consent form for the program and the registration interface.--> A Deferred Programs facility which holds all patient opportunities open for completion by pharmacy staff within a sort-able data field.--> The provision of smart technology that support drop down windows and other point and click technology to facilitate data entry by pharmacy staff.--> On-demand printing of information provided by program offerings.--> On-demand generation of unique ID codes to identify each patient on print material provided by pharmacy staff.--> Immediate or scheduled fax facility to support communications between pharmacy staff and physicians and/or other stakeholders involved in the patient's care.--> Direct interface capabilities to web-to-print technologies, call center support, fulfillment houses.--> Real time verification interface that can check program parameters with other database elements (e.g. lab results) to support the patient's care.--> Dashboard facility providing Pharmacy Staff with real-time access to program status reports, registration logs, activity logs for documenting patient interventions, and other professional support tools.--> Accumulating, monitoring/tracking, and secured storage of activity data, registration information (from consented Patients/Consumers), and survey results.
