(1) - Tie down fittings of metal for use in retaining cargo; anchor plates of metal for use in retaining cargo; metal chains; metal ladders; metal step stools; lifting and loading equipment of metal for use in securing cargo, namely, pulleys of metal, other than for machines and chain block used for lifting and rigging; metal cargo decking; mounting tracks of metal for use in securing decking and retaining cargo, namely, metal mounting brackets for general use; beams of metal; captive beams of metal; shoring beams of metal; beam stops of metal in the nature of metal brackets for general uses.
(2) - Lifting and loading equipment, namely, pulleys and blocks in the nature of pulleys being parts of machines and electric pulley blocks; winches.
(3) - Safety products in the nature of gloves, namely, gloves for protection against injury; safety products in the nature of vests, namely, reflective safety vests; safety products in the nature of reflectors, namely, optical reflectors; safety nets.
(4) - Safety products in the nature of reflectors, namely, vehicle reflectors for cargo vehicles, light reflectors.
(5) - Metal mounting tracks for installation in cargo trailers or cargo carrying vehicles; lifting and loading equipment for land vehicles, namely, belt pulleys; cargo nets for vehicles.
(6) - Boards of polyethylene that function as decking; decking of polyethylene; non-metal cargo decking.
(7) - Non-metal tie down fittings for use in retaining articles; non-metal anchor plates for use in retaining cargo; non-metal lifting and loading equipment, namely, non-metal pulleys; non-metal beam stops, namely, non-metal brackets for general use. (term considered too vague by the International Bureau - Rule 13 (b) of the Regulations).
(8) - All-purpose non-metal straps; nets for cargo control; ropes; non-metal slings for loading and securing cargo; netting; tarps for covering cargo in the nature of fitted tarps for covering cargo within transport vehicles; tarps, namely, unfitted tarps for power machinery.
