The mark consists of an outer circle and an inner circle, with the words "Brent School" and "Philippines" within the two circles, with two dots separating "Brent School" and "Philippines"; within the inner circle is a shield-shaped coat of arms with the words "Baguio City" above the coat of arms; the coat of arms consists of an outer shield shape and an inner shield shape, with the numbers "1909" atop a broken horizontal line above the inner shield shape and two intertwining rows of leaves between the curved portions of the outer and inner shield shapes; within the inner shield shape are four panels: an upper left panel having two intertwining rows of leaves, an upper right panel having three stars against a dark background, a lower left panel having three stars against a dark background, and a lower right panel having a dark side silhouette of an upright lion.
