Description of Design Search

The mark consists of an orange circle with a dark blue edge that contains a grey circular line inside surrounded by a white halo, with white rays. The words "CRASH BOAT IPA" are set forth in white stylized letters in the center of the orange circle, over a design in light blue simulating clouds and waves, with the silhouette of a yawl between the words "CRASH" and "boat". Inside the letters "b" and "t" are partial shadows in dark blue simulating palm tree leaves. At the bottom of the circle are two yawls, one is blue and red, and the other is green and white, over a dark blue shadow of both. The blue and red yawl contains the light blue wording P.R.18.0265. The green and yellow yawl contains the white wording "P.R. 67.1727". Below are the words "INDIA PALE ALE PUERTO RICO". "INDIA PALE ALE" appears in the color light blue. "PUERTO RICO" appears in orange. A light house in white with black outlines appears over a geometric red figure with a white outline inside is set over an orange arch simulating a ribbon at the top of the orange circle. All on top of a blue background with swirls in a slightly lighter shade of the same blue color.
