The mark consists of stylized letters wherein "BIRTH BY GRACE" appears in cursive brown and "MIDWIFERY SERVICES" appears in all caps and green to the bottom right of the phrase "BIRTH BY GRACE" and underneath "GRACE". The right side portion of the letter "B" in "BIRTH" curls in the shape of a female torso with the top curve forming the shape of the right breast and the bottom curve forming the shape of a belly and the bottom of such curve turned inwards and forming the shape of an infant head with a gold heart at the center.
