Description of Design Search

The mark consists of Cyrillic characters in brown with black lines resembling wood and outlined in black and white above the English wording "BELARUSSIAN XATA RESTAURANT" in white with a black outline and on a brown wooden plank. The wording "BELARUSSIAN XATA" and "RESTAURANT" are separated by a white dot. There is a brown rectangle across the bottom half of the Cyrillic characters. Below the wording is a design of a Belarussian hut with a large and small section attached to each other. The larger section of the hut is brown with a grey and white door, grey and brown thatched roof, and white chimney all outlined in black with black and white accents. The smaller section of the hut is brown with a grey and brown thatched roof and white door all outlined in black with black and white accents. There is a well with grey stones and a white bucket all outlined in black. The bucket is filled with light blue water and attached to a black rope. There is green grass and white around the hut and well. The other white in the mark represents, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and is not a feature of the mark.
