The mark consists of a black circle divided equally and horizontally through the middle by a thin black line, leaving the top half filled in with a yellow background and the bottom half filled in with a blue background, the letters and ampersand sign "B&D" are black in color and are located in the top left yellow portion of the circle, the word "Burgers" is yellow in color and located entered across the bottom of the circle in the blue portion, the words and ampersand sign "BAR & GRILL" are yellow in color with black shading and located in small print in the far right bottom blue portion of the circle. In the middle of the circle off centered to the right located on the thin black line is an alligator both dark green and light green in color, wearing a red shirt with a yellow leaf print, red flip flops, holding a yellow cup with a blue lid and yellow straw in one hand and balancing a blue tray, dark orange bun, brown burger, yellow cheese, red tomatoes, green lettuce, and orange bun on the other, wearing black sunglasses with white reflection, an orange hat, with a dark orange brim, with black grass behind the alligator's head and feet, the tail of the alligator falling into the bottom half of the circle creating part of the letter "g" in the word "Burgers".
