Description of Design Search

The mark consists of curved wording "¡AY CARUMBA!" in stylized font appearing at the top of the design, with the letters appearing in white with orange shading. The inverted exclamation point appearing before the word AY and the exclamation point appearing after the word CARUMBA are in the color orange. The wording appear on a fuchsia background with an orange border separating the rest of the mark; this orange border and fuchsia background also appears at the bottom of the mark. Below the wording appears the design of a woman outlined in black and wearing a dress in shades of light pink and dark pink. The woman has long, black hair, tan skin, and a red flower on the right hand side of her hair. She has light pink blush on her cheeks, dark pink earrings, and facial features outlined in black with blue eyes. The woman's left arm is lowered and holds a fan which transitions from dark purple to light purple to light pink from bottom to top. Her right arm is raised above her head in which she holds a pair of black castanets. On the right hand side of the woman is a design of a dark pink pomegranate with light pink shading and dark purple seeds spilling out, and to the left side of the woman are two designs of dark pink cherries with light pink shading and a dark pink stem, and with one green leaf with a white stem adhered to the cherry on the left. The woman, cherries, and pomegranate appears on a paisley background with dark pink transitioning down to light pink and white designs. Below the woman appears a flowing light and dark pink background, with designs of fruits, specifically, an orange slice with white peel, a green lime slice with white pith, dark pink cherries with light pink shading and dark pink stems, light purple grapes with white accent marks, and dark purple blackberries with white accent marks.
