Jubilanté has 8 years of experience working on intellectual property-related matters. As a paralegal, she prepared and coordinated trademark filings, searches, advertisements and notices. As a licensed attorney and Trade Mark agent, she later worked with firms, companies, small businesses, other commercial clients and senior attorneys to conduct trademark registrations, opposition filings and written submissions in relation to oppositions. Jubilanté also has experience in drafting, formalizing and negotiating commercial contracts related to intellectual property and copyright.
