Fluent in English and Chinese, Chancy has over four years of experience in global trademark law, managing complex international trademark portfolios and providing strategic counsel to leading companies in the global tech industry. Before joining LegalForce, Chancy worked at two prominent intellectual property firms in China, gaining extensive expertise in U.S. trademark applications, oppositions, and portfolio management, as well as handling intellectual property litigation and design patent prosecution. Currently, Chancy focuses on intellectual property litigation and TTAB dispute resolution, with a strong passion for delivering effective solutions to complex IP disputes and ensuring that clients' legal strategies align seamlessly with their broader business objectives.
