URL and Domain rights

Hawk Corporation begins making and selling motorcycles in 2000 under the mark "Hawk." Ten years later, Hawk.com, Inc., a different company selling medical equipment and supplies, begins to use "hawk" as part of its URL and registers it as a domain name. Can Hawk Corporation stop Hawk.com's use of "hawk"? If so, what must the motorcycle-maker show?

"hawk" as part of its URL and registers it as a domain name then we can not stop from using this "Hawk", since both are different from each other. if "Hawk" starts using this name as a trademark then we can stop it from using this mark. And also, can i use Cheese and Ham on my shirts in a generic font style like something from a word pro...
