The mark consists of a circle that is shaded in. The shading is in a gradient with the darkest portion appearing in the upper left hand portion of the circle fading to the lightest portion in the lower right hand portion of the circle. A series of people with their feet towards the center of the circle and arms extended in a y shape towards the outer portion of the circle appear inside the shaded circle in a contrasting shade. The people are displayed in a circle. Each individuals' feet touch the foot of the person to the right or left of him or her, respectively. The people alternate between large and small. The small people are all identical except for orientation in the circle. The large people alternate between male and female as depicted by the dress on one of the forms. To the right of the circle in three lines the words "AGING WELL YOUR LINK TO LIFELONG WELLNESS BY THE SEASONED MILLENIAL" appear. "AGING WELL" is written on the top line in the largest letters which extend from the top of the circle to the just above the middle of the circle. Underneath the words "AGING WELL" there is a solid line extending from below the beginning of the "A" to below the end of the "L." Underneath the line "YOUR LINK TO LIFELONG WELLNESS" is written in smaller letters such that the left portion of the "Y" aligns with the left terminus of the solid line and the final "S" aligns with the right terminus of the line.
