The interior of the triangle is white and fades to gray toward the base of the triangle. The letter "A" appears inside of the triangle. The arms of the letter "A" are blue. The crossbeam is composed of two rhombi (i.e., two diamonds), one within the other. The border of each rhombus is white. Starting at the corners and progressing toward the center of each rhombus, the interior of each rhombus fades from dark green to green to light green to white. The word "ACHILLES" appears underneath the letter "A", and the phrase "RELIEF SYSTEM" appears underneath the word "ACHILLES". The letters in "ACHILLES" and "RELIEF SYSTEM" are black.
