Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a woman with yellow hair outlined in black, with a tan face and neck, having the eyebrow, eyes, nostrils, mouth and ears outlined in black, wearing a red shirt with a collar and short sleeves and a white apron with the top part of the apron and the strap over the woman's shoulder containing a blue line. Her arms and hands in tan outlined in black, holding a white plate with a black rim containing a burger and fries. The burger has a yellow top and bottom bun, with a brown burger topped with yellow cheese, red representing ketchup and green representing lettuce. The fries are in a pile to the left of the burger, appearing in yellow and outlined in black. The neck and torso of the woman appear inside a blue circle, the blue being darker at the rim and gradually becoming lighter toward the center. The circle is outlined in red, attaching to a red rectangular banner inverted on each side, with the word "HOLIDAY" in white. Directly above the banner is a red rectangle with a rounded top outlined in black with three yellow dots appearing on either side of the wording "EST 1967", appearing in yellow. Directly below the red banner is the word "BURGERS" in stylized font written at an angle, appearing in white on the top and yellow on the bottom.
