The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising a bottle with the image of a tree on top of a rectangular shield on the front of the bottle, with the term 1762 above the tree at the top of the bottle, and flourishes above and below and to the sides of the tree and shield on the front and sides of the bottle, with a rectangular box appearing beneath the flourishes on the front of the bottle underneath the tree and shield, and the stylized terms DISTILLING FOR 8 GENERATIONS appearing across the bottom of the front of the bottle, with the back of the bottle featuring the stylized terms DISTILLING FOR appearing beneath a flourished line and above the number 8 in a circle with flourishes to the left and right of the circle, with the stylized term GERNERATIONS appearing beneath the number 8, with a flourished line beneath the term GENERATIONS and the stylized term JJ WHITLEY appearing at an angle beneath that, with a squiggly line appearing beneath JJ WHITLEY with the stylized terms DISTILLING FOR 8 GENERATIONS appearing across the bottom of the back of the bottle, with hash marks appearing in a circular pattern on the bottom of the bottle with descriptive numbers, and a rectangular strip on the top of the bottle extending vertically down the neck of the front of the bottle.
