The mark consists of green positive space upon an all-white background. The mark is centered around a large, green, sans serif number "1" on top of which appears the italic, all-capital-letter, word "TREE SERVICE". The letters in "TREE SERVICE" are principally white and are bordered and formed by a bold green outline surrounding all letters that exist outside of the large, central number "1". The final letter "E" in "SERVICE" extends to the right of the below-described tree which also comprises part of the mark. Near the top and to the left of the number "1" appears an italicized number/pound sign. Flanking the number "1" to the right, and extending above the number "1", appears a tall evergreen-style tree with foliage appearing on the uppermost third. Below the foliage is a silhouette of a man harnessed to the tree wielding a chainsaw tending to the tree. There is a rope and harness protruding downward from the figure of the man at approximately a +30-degree angle from the silhouette's waist. Below the silhouette hang two nearly parallel ropes which extend to the ground. The ground - which comprises the bottommost portion of the mark, consists of an italicized, oval-like, solid green figure within which appears the italicized, sans serif phone number "404-557-7967".
