Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a blue shield or crest with white, black and orange outlines and containing two white semicircles of leaves at the top, a white artistic images of a male and female each reaching up and touching hands at the point of an orange star, above the white block lettering of the letters "Y M W I C" wherein the I is formed as a rolled diploma or scroll, the lettering appearing over smaller white block wording "FOUNDATION, INC.", all appearing above four designs at the bottom of the crest, one being an image of two white gears on an orange background at the lower left, one being white laboratory equipment on a blue background at the lower right, one being white geometric plotting on a blue background at the far bottom left, and one being the outline of two outstretched hands connected on an orange background at the far bottom right.
